Pathetic pathetic pathetic.

An order were placed for me on Bobshop and the parcel were prepared and picked up by internet express courier. My order has been stuck at the internet express hub for way too long now and I have been calling but none of the 2 parties (BobShop and Internet express) are taking me seriously. I am always told I will get feedback which is not happening and I need to travel today I have been telling everyone I called. I am so stressed and disappointed at the same time. This is the worst customer service I ever received from the established companies.
