PATHETIC BOBSHOP!!

The management and service at Bobshop is pathetic. Their deliveries take 10 days and longer in RSA. They have sent my parcel back and forth all over the country for the 3rd time in a row now.....paid 11 days ago....will maybe receive next Wednesday. Their reaction to complaints is quick and totally ineffective. They seem to be just doing and saying something to clear the complaint ticket even though nothing has been solved.

I have over the past 2 to 3 months had 3 consecutive orders sent from their origin to Isando Hub, on to Klerksdorp, On to Schweizer Reyneke....then the courier calls me only to hear that the parcel is for Schweizer road in VRYBURG!! Then parcel back to Klerksdorp hub....Isando HUb.....Bloemfontein Hub....Kimberly Hub and then finally Vryburg for delivery.

I can accept one mistake but after extensive emails and telephonic communications after each event and then on next order comments and requests upon placing of new orders......STILL THE SAME PROBLEM!! This is not on and pathetic to say the least.

My last 2 orders: ***1 still in transit....courier called from Schweizer 30mins ago to ask where I am AGAIN. paid this order 11 days ago. Support/courier team Leader Morne van Zyl replies via Email that parcel was delivered to me yesterday afternoon and sends POD.....this is POD from 10 JUNE for my previous order No.***5 which was the second one to be sent all over the country.
