No responce from BOBShop, almost 5 days and still no responce

I recently got ****med by a seller on BOB Shop, i tried emailing bobshop via their communitywatch & *** email addresses and got multiple ticket numbers but now 4 days later and still no response from bobshop. i have approached my local SAPS and they asked me to give them 7 days and if still no response they assist with the matter. does anyone know of any other way to get intouch with someone from BOBshop that can assist me.
