Need to be accountable for the couriers they recommend

Very disappointed in the seller support. I have sended a parcel then the courier THEY RECOMMENDED repacked the item in pieces in another box without asking me first then the buyer cry to bobshop about it. Resulting they just reversed the payment from my account without holding there courier accountable for any damage. Now i lost money and lost an item and they do nothing to support me in any way.... They recommended specific courier there for they should be held accountable for there choices. I also gave no approval to just deduct from my account. This behavior is not right. Sellers are not protected but quickly to deduct fees but forced in corners. Not impressed with this after 14 years full time on this platform
