****med on Bob Shop

Just bought a Smeg stove 2 days ago, didn't hear from the seller so I contacted them only to be told that they had listed the stove R4000 under price. Payment for R17000 taken from my card. Cant believe I had to contact them to find that out, how long would it have taken before I found out? Both the Seller and the Bob Shop were totally unhelpful and blaming each other.
