****med and threatened

I wanted to share my recent experience with Bob Shop to caution others. The platform does not appear to properly verify the sellers they allow on their site. Unfortunately, I was ****med by one of the sellers listed called Hitech comp. When I requested a refund, instead of receiving help from Bob Shop or the seller, I was subjected to threatening phone calls from the seller, which was very distressing. This lack of seller verification creates a risky environment for buyers, and the poor customer support has been very disappointing. I urge potential users to be extremely cautious and for Bob Shop to improve their verification process and offer better protection and support for their customers.
