I got a message at 6am stating that my package is out for delivery and i will receive it today. I cancelled all my plans because i live alone. I alwaited all day only to find out that on their app they wrote a message stating that the consignee was not available, i have been walking to the gate every 30minutes to check for this order, my phone didnt ring once from the delivery guy. Im sooooo ****ed right now because a whole has been wasted for nothing. I hate these delivery companies that never deliver, you have one ****en job, to deliver, its not rocket science. You are not delivering babies you are delivering boxes. It doesnt ***e sense why there is no live tracker to track for my order like uber does. I have to wait all day with hopes that a delivery i paid for is gonna come, its a nonsense system. I just want my money back so i can go to the mall and buy at a shop and leave with my product. South africa is not ready to for logistics business. This has been thee most useless day ive every had. Thanks to you. just refund me my money asap please!
