Legal action Threated wrongfully

I have been a customer for many years, bought allot over that time. My last purchase I made for R6030. on 15 June 23, Not getting any updates for the sale a week later I logged a ticket for an update. Since then I reached out to the seller directly and he posted the item. on 30th June the Seller calls me and says he didnt get the funds from BobShop and asked if I got a refund? I checked my statement and no refund. The seller went back to Bobshop and on the 6th July I am copied on a mail between Bobshop and the seller that the seller should take legal action against me. I haven't been in the loop nor did I receive a call or anything.
