Got Refunded after Item got Lost.

After my Item was lose, The Seller and a Bobshop agent did refund me and apologies for the inconvenience. They were doing their best to get the item. We have Received the Refund the next day and were able to buy a another graphics card. I don't know why there is negative on this as they are trying their best to help you
