Faulty Functionality - Payment Plan (Budget period)

BOB Shop Payment Plan (i.e. Budget term) does not work at all, meaning that even if you select a payment term (i.e. 3/6/9/12 months) it will deduct the entire transaction amount at once.

Customer support will not resolve it at all and will redirect you to your banking institution, stating that you should select the payment plan with your bank and not with them (this is such a basic functionality with all merchants that they aren't getting it right).

I don't know if it's ignorance or that they just don't care about their brand anymore because both buyers & sellers are complaining.
