False Description and Missing Features

The desk I ordered was clearly listed as 140cm, not 120cm. The 3-tier shelf, which was heavily featured in the photos and product notes, was not included. I paid for a gaming desk, but instead received a skinny version that doesn’t match the photos or description at all.

I logged the issue immediately — the delivery truck had barely left the corner when I reported it. Despite this, all I received was a support ticket, and after two days there has still been no response. Very disappointing experience
