On 15/12/2025 i bought a coilspring adjusters from AutomotiveZA by Andrew on Bobshop and it was not shipped 10 days later spoke to the seller Andrew for refund he was a ***** send over than 10 emails to bobshop for refund got reply from Morne with no refund link or refund details still waiting the date is 2/01/2026 my advice never buy on bobshop as it seems the bobshop team is siding with the seller and not worried about the buyer.
