So bobshop plays and admistrative role for businesss who then can’t manage or rather they lack administration skills I was part of bidorbuy never had I experienced what I am experiencing right now. I returned goods to one of the businesss they are representing which took them a day to deliver to me and a day to be fetched from when returning however it’s 4 days for those items to get to the businesss because the is now a refund in place how when it took a day to and from. When I ask the Bob shop team they telling me how it’s out of their control how when they are the administrator I am honestly disgusted by their service and I want my refund 🤮
