Delivered wrong item

I specifically ordered a LED lamp where both hands can fit in at the same time. However, I received a lamp that only allows one hand at a time, which is not what I purchased.

I do not want a replacement or any other LED lamp. I kindly request the following:

1. A full refund for this order.

2. A courier collection to pick up the incorrect lamp that was delivered.

Please note, this is not about the technical specifications but about the size of the lamp, which makes it unsuitable for my needs.

This is 10days, and still no final answer!!
