Deceiving FarAde3800

I placed an online order with 2 suppliers FarAde3800 and Decor Essentials on 09 November 2023. Communication and updates were effective and honest with Decor Essentials and my order was fully delivered on 17 November 2024 without any hassles. With FarAde3800 it has been a nightmare. The supplier is very *****, there’s always a problem with something. They said my order was dispatched, out of the blue my order was cancelled due to unavailability of the colour I ordered. Subsequent to that they mentioned I’ll be refunded. While waiting for that they said they are waiting for the colour and will dispatch ASAP. I sent messages and they are ignored, which doesn’t make any sense whatsoever since prior to payment they used to respond immediately. As it stands I don’t know what is the status of my order, am I supposed to wait for the delivery or refund. They change stories all the time. People must be careful with online purchases and payments. We shouldn’t be gullible and believe these people who lure us into buying from them and don’t stick to their end of the deal. You can tell by their email address, which reliable business uses gmail account. I need honest answer. What is happening with my order, if they can’t deliver the item with the correct colour. Can I get my money back, unless they are using it to generate interest before they refund me
