Debit /Credit card payment reversal service failure

I placed an order on BOBSHOP on the on the 9th February the seller i ordered from notified me his warehouse flooded and he logged a payment reversal and since i paid with my debit card the payment may take up to 21 days today is day 21 no funds back in my account and no assistance from the bobshop customer care in the regards tickets that i open were just closed with out the issue being seen to or assisted i you call they say they will get back to you and never does i am truly very disappointed in how the services went down the drain after the name change
