**** Buyers Protection

Buyers Protection it states is **** as it doesnt care about the buyers. The seller gets away with whatever they want. I brought an item, found it faukty and defective, and the seller is ignoring the truth, claiming something else. Now he has the device and my money, refusing to refund me. Bobshop declines to get ny money back. Thevies!!! Well, i am going to court and will be suing BOTH of them.
