Broken Delivery now causing issues on three different orders

Highly frustrating broken courier service. They have changed their provider it seems and now they don't deliver at PostNet anymore. Which causes them to take weeks to deliver a package, I just had a call from a courier that is in the wrong town, since they don't know to sort packages according to postal code for delivery! There are many places in SA called Roodepoort, and one is in Bronkhorstspruit at Postal code 1020
