Bobshops counterfeit products beware

I bought some JBL 510BT Bluetooth Wireless headphones on May 20, 2024. They were delivered a few days later, but I soon discovered they were counterfeit. The process for requesting a return and refund was extremely cumbersome. I will never shop on this platform again.
