BOBSHOP/GlittsZA

Bought a PC from GlittsZA thru Bobshop on 10 June 2024.Unit arrived promptly but would not switch on,Sent it back and GlittsZA tried to blame me for tampering with the seal which we did not do.They repaired the unit and returned it a month later.This worked for 2 weeks then the same problem.GlittsZA collected the unit sometime in early August and we still await the repaired goods. We reported GlittsZA to Bobshop and tried to claim on their buyers protection but BOBshop say the claim is to late. GlittsZA keep making promises.Today the story was The Boss fired all the staff and i must try call them on Monday. Bobshop have not taken action against GlittsZA and therefore condone their business ethic. Bobshop shirk their responsibility
