Bobshop skipped my rebate and took full amount i shipped in time.

Bobshop i sold a item my shipping was set to 2 days i shipped 3 items in 1 days time but they ignored my rebate and they take full shipping amounds from the total they not even answer emails i guess thats why the stop the live chat also cause from the reviews they have gone downground.
