Bobshop - sellers beware

Bobshop (formerly Bidorbuy) requires ID verification suddenly when I wanted a payout of my money as a seller. I have been with them for almost a decade maybe longer. They have not responded to now approx 2 weeks to my queries since their ID verification system leads to non functional web pages and/or the links do not even open.
