Bobshop - ****s and *******s

Terrible service!!! After winning an auction, apparently my bid was deleted by the seller for no reason whatsoever. I did contact Bobshop for them to rectify the matter but all I got was unacceptable excuses, no proof of the seller being reprimanded, and no attempt to rectify the matter.
