Bobshop liberty not providing insurance options for all items

Sold a expensive carpet on this page. They offered no insurance option. Today the buyer said RAM bakkie got highjacked i must refund. With bobshop.co.za neglecting to provided me with insurance options i must just lose R5500. This is not acceptable. Will take this matter to a attorney
