BOBSHOP is synonym for 'calamity of errors'

Parcel not received - due 5 Sep 2025, now its 11 Sep 2025. Only have excuses from BOBSHOP - they state seller did not set up courier details correctly so my parcel went to a store but now has to be collected and then sent to me. However, store has repeatedly said they have not got this parcel but BOBSHOP does not listen, then L-- went on leave and the RAM driver was not in. A calamity of errors. STILL HAVE NO PARCEL BUT I PAID FOR IT> seller sent one little email.
