Bobshop is pathetic.

I sold an item with them, client paid and requested a payout from my account.

I was then told that I can only access these funds as soon as the parcel gets delivered. When the parcel was delivered to the buyer.

I had to call them to notify them that the parcel was delivered. They then tell me that payouts are only processed every morning weekdays before 9:00 for them to reflect on the same day.

I had to wait the whole weekend for this payout to be processed which I did. I then took it to myself to make sure that I call them early on Monday morning to make sure that this payment is processed.

When I called, a lady confirmed to me that the payment has been received and that it should reflect on my side during the day.

I then wait as the day goes by and I call again in the afternoon, another consultant tells me that this payment will take 24-48 hours to reflect as they're banking with @Nedbank.

This level of service is unacceptable and I would never recommand ant seller to do business with Bobshop.
