Bobshop in cahoots with ****mers

Very disappointed with Bobshop. Experience sucks being a seller on here. Sold an item, took almost 3 days to be delivered. Eventually it never showed delivered, and then get a message from buyer that the item i sent, js "counterfeit". After this has been in his possession for more than 4 hours. Now he wants to return, i mean he could swap the original item and pretend that I'm the bad one. Now Bobshop emails me to tell me to book return. This is quite unfair as a seller. Why didn't the buyer immediately logged a so called fault. Why take 4 hours after receiving item, then you look at reviews people left about him, and most say he sells **** items. Stay away from Bobshop guys.
