Bobshop has dropped their standard

Lately I am having a very bad experience with Bobshop. The orders don't get delivered, get canceled and the communication channel is Bad bad bad from both the suppliers and Bob service management team..It disappointing to keep ordering and waiting for orders to be delivered but always delays...have they changes management or what we don't know...the service delivery and communication needs to be addressed. I am even scared to order again..
