Bobshop facilitating CPA violations and subpar support for long-time users

I have been a long-time user of the Bobshop platform, but my first experience with their return/dispute route has been completely subpar. I am currently dealing with a defective fuel pressure solenoid (Order ***0) from a merchant (C****nsors/Kalwin) who is hiding behind a **** "30-day warranty" to ignore the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

The Evidence: I have provided 60MB of CSV ECU logs and diagnostic screenshots showing a 500-bar fuel pressure deviation (Setpoint: 1350 bar vs. Actual: 860 bar). This triggers Fault Codes 4560, 4570, and P3002. My A-B test is conclusive: the car runs perfectly on the old part and hits Limp Mode immediately on the new one.

The Failure of Bobshop Support: Despite providing this technical proof three separate times—including twice where it was CC'd directly to the merchant—Bobshop support (Elsie) has failed to acknowledge the attachments. Instead of reviewing the irrefutable data, the platform is acting as a passive relay for the merchant's stalling tactics.

The seller is now demanding a "video" of the fault. This is a mechanical failure that only occurs under load at highway speeds. Asking a customer to film a screen while driving a malfunctioning vehicle at speed is dangerous and irresponsible. Bobshop is effectively facilitating a safety risk by not enforcing the CPA and ignoring the digital records already in their possession.

For a platform I have used for years, this level of "mediation" is a joke. Bobshop needs to stop ticking off support tickets and start enforcing platform compliance. I am waiting for a return address; otherwise, I am taking this to the CGSO and initiating a bank dispute.
