BOBSHOP does not have any customer service.

I sold an item Order ***2 and was told that it payment would be available in 48 hours. I attempted to get paid at 08h30 but it was not loaded on time. I then had to call Bobshop to have the money released which was done manually , then when i attempted to request payment i had to verify my id.It did not work ,but 3 days ago i sent an email to communities email as instructed to verify my id and i had to call again and they then only responded to me email that was sent 3 days ago. Then when i was finally sorted after several call i asked for the payout and then was told that because it was after 0900 it was too late i will be paid on Tuesday due to their people and system not working .I am definitely closing my BOBSHOP account. The staff do not care and is not helpful at all. No wonder everybody is moving to Takealot.
