Bobshop complicit in the ******** behaviour of the sellers on their platform

I have had to open a case with Consumer Goods Council of South Africa. One of the sellers on their website (Wordonline) is refusing to refund faulty items. Bobshop has not done anything to rectify this. Both Bobshop and Worldonline have refused to look at videos where I show that the products do not work. Bobshop has not allowed me as the buyer to post videos on the review page that the product is not working. Worldonline offered a very small refund but has now not even refunded that. Bobshop is not responding at all.
