Bobshop - **** Buyers Protection Claim

Buyers Protection does not exist at Bobshop. Send a scratched tablet to their head office as requested to proses a buyers protection claim, this was two and a half months ago. Phoned numerous times not once did they return a call although they always say they will. The last weeks attempts to contact them was unsuccessful there is never a assistant or manager available and receptionist cant help only pass the message to contact me, but as stated not one call from them received.
