Emailed them 3 times to get a refund and send back an unopened item. Nobody bothers to respond - BOBSHOP break the law and the CPA, they advertise all this ******* about protecting your purchase - Yet when the time comes - absolutely ZERO service or assistance - Same with the buyer on the platform who is a *****

Dont be fooled - They are ******* and do not Protect Buyers!!
