BOB TO BLAME FOR DELIVERIES!

Bob charges delivery fees for orders, but the Seller or Buyer has any say of witch courier service can be used. One of the worst couriers is RAM. Still BOB is making use of them and covering up for this useless courier company. If you start making excuses then you know there are bigger problems. Why not work on the problems than making excuses????? BOB doesn`t suffer as they make money both ways. So while making money they don`t actually worry about the Seller or the Buyer. BOB needs to be blamed here for all the problems and does nothing as they get paid no matter what.
