Bob Shop - worst online selling platform

Worst online selling platform. I sold a car dryer machine in November 2025 to a Bob ship customer WITHOUT any warranty or guarantee. The machine was new from my side and was working well. The buyer after a few weeks of receiving the item uses the machine then uses it again and blew this machine. He then contacts Bob Shop and says the machine is blown but he does not even contact me so then I already knew this is something fishy. Bob shop then contacts me and says I must contact the buyer to take machine back which I refused because this machine was in a 100% working condition when I sold it (God is my witness). After some time the buyer sends the machine back to Bob shop and Bob shop then debits my account without any authorisation and pays the buyer back for this machine. So they stole the money from me to protect the buyer and all this time they were emailing me and just ignored my facts of this machine or even at least hear me out. Morne van Zyl at Bob shop is an unreasonable ‘thing’ who does only what he wants. Bob shop then tells the buyer they giving him the money back but they *******ly debited my account and paid this money back to him. The machine was then at Bob shop which only after I insisted on getting back then they said I must come and collect it.
