Bob shop sucks and cheats!!

I have been dealing with bid or buy, now bob shop for about 15 years having had 1200 plus transactions with them. Until about 6 months ago all was fine. But suddenly they have adopted a very underhanded way of dealing. They have adopted a bookkeeping system that is impossible to follow with all sorts of debits and credits. If they feel that you owe them money they simply do not reflect it on your online account showing a zero balance then when you sell something they pay nil,zero, nado informing you that suddenly, you owe them R 490!! when you phone for an explination they have none!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROWD_ THEY ARE ******!!!@!@!
