Bob shop should change their name tp Rob shop

Good Day Hello Peter staff I do quite a lot of online shopping and I lost about R1500.00 with another online shop an decided to give rob shop a try only to be disappointed again. On 1 February 2025 I ordered a Canon Printer cartridge no CL446XL from them order no ***8 and paid them R325.00 for it but when I received it via RAM and their parcel was neat and untampered with, but when I opened it I found a neat new printer cartridge box wrapped in bubble wrap. I opened the box only to find an old standard CL446 used and dry cartridge which was not in a cellophane heats rink package as it should be. I immediately wrote to their customer services and told them my experience with their sale to me and how disappointed I was with the whole affair .A lady, Thandi came back to me with a video their supplier added showing exactly what should have been in the box and she was happy with his reply and said to me they now have closed my case, so she decided that I am a dishonest person in this transaction. I then rep**** to Thandi with my disappointment of the affair an then a Mr Morne van Zyl contacted me requesting photo's of the cartridge which I sent him, only to get another email to say they have closed the case. This is the very first time I used them and also the last. I am very disappointed that there are still such ****** around.
