BOB SHOP REFUSES TO REFUND ME

I placed an order and paid in full. The seller failed to supply the part because she had no stock. She reversed the payment made to her and informed Bob Shop. I waited for quite a while for Bob Shop to refund me to no avail. I wrote them an email requesting them to refund me. I have been ignored. I only received an automatic reply and that was the last communication I had from them. Be careful of Bob Shop. They are very unreliable.
