Bob Shop poor delivery service and communication

This is the worst online delivery service I have ever experienced. I ordered a product which was supposed to be delivered to a pickup location. After 36 hours the product was removed from the locker. I did not receive any sms notification. Furthermore I can’t get hold of Bob Shop either. There numbers *** and *** doesn’t work. They don’t respond via email either. They have a R500 item of mine meant as a gift. I will be reporting a case theft to SAPS in the next coming days as I don’t know how else to get my item back.
