Bob shop poor customer service

I sold an item on Sat May 30 and booked a shipment but haven't had item pickup up. No word from BoB shop or courier Company Fastway. Sent emails to enquire and no response. Phone calls for the couriers department on Bob shop are not picked up been calling for two days . I need the item pick up so that I may travel. Customer service needs to improve . I'm tired of calling and no answer. I don't know how else to get a response 😕
