BOB SHOP no or poor after sales service

I purchased a Stainless Streel Propeller Mercury 13 X 19. the same diameter and pitch as currently using an aluminum prop. the cheaper aluminum prop beats stainless steel prop on acceleration and top speed. This prop was purchased in December 2024, i only fitted the prop on in March as i had shoulder op in January 2025. after complaining to them they said they will investigate prop, but to no avail. the prop was used / tested only once, still in mint condition.
