Bob Shop Hell

Since changing their name from Bidorbuy to Bobshop, this company has accelerated downhill pretty fast. Presently, i have an open case against a Seller, on Bobshop, from whom i bought an item on Bob Shop. This Seller never emailed me or corresponded with me, in any way, despite taking my money and then failed to deliver the item i bought. On the 24th of July 2023, I lodged a case of "item not received" with Bob Shop and from i could glean, from the somewhat irregular updates, the consultant handling the case, are practically begging this Seller to respond. Several weeks later, she has now decided to invoke the Buyer protection policy and here's the catch - it may take up to 30 Days for it to be approved!!! Really!! I already waited almost 2 months for resolution to this case and now i have been told it may take another 30 days!! *** is going on at Bob Shop?? I frequently buy from other online platforms and the longest something like this took to resolve, was 2 weeks. At Bob shop it's gonna take 3 months!! Yesterday morning, Tuesday the 22nd Aug 2023, I called this consultant and was told she was busy and would call me back. Naturally, with Bob Shop's lackluster attitude towards buyers, I never received a call back from her. I really, really am quite shocked at how totally negative buyers are treated on this platform. I really hope this review will force Bob Shop to make some drastic changes.
