Bob Shop dont work , only buying works , sales you dont get your money .Theft

I sold 2 items on Bobshop , the courier came and fetched it and it was delivered , now I can't cash out my money because of errors in the app it says "We could not get the verification status from Secure Citizen. Please try again or contact support.Could not get the data from third party provider " ,I contacted support and my son helped me with the technical clearing of cache etc and retried taking the selfie which went through fine and also the id document photo , it seems that they are deliberately holding my money back and don't want to pay me out . I am a widow and elderly and needed the money to get by this month .Horrible app and Identity verification not working so good luck on getting your money from sales
