BOB SHOP DOES NOT HONOUR THEIR MONEY BACK POLICY

A Bon Jovi CD was advertised by a seller by the name of GAPZ. Bon Jovi released this album (Bon Jovi-Bon Jovi) with the band on the cover. So this guy has the picture with the band "on the cover" only to find R235.00 later its not the re-release but the original CD. Now I have that CD and I've had it for well over 30 years so why would I buy the same CD. Customer service first agreed with me as this was falsely advertised. Now after talks with GAPZ, they are now saying the CD GAPZ advertised was the one I received, no-one seems to get it in their heads about the limited release, it's not my fault they have no idea that this CD was re-released. I feel they are *****ing money from me, and their so called money back policy seems to favour the seller. And their money back policy notes that if the issue, there buyer protection kicks in. It says nothing else, so that is also a false claim.
