Bob shop and Unieke Antieke. dont deal with them

I bought Item on Bob shop not working called seller directly on phone was told courier would collect and see what was wrong and if I decided still didnt want it would refund. They collected it and said was fine there were two cd in cd player .I informed them via whats app I had onky put one in They said that these machines come with a cd in it .I told them that is unusual I had never heard of such a thing ,basically the were sayng I should have known there was a CD .I said then I should have been informed or received instructions. They stopped messages never acknowledged that there were no instructions and ignored the fact they said would refund me. Next minute I get a message item on its way back with courier. I receive it and headphones still don't work I inform them and ask where my CD is they don't answer.these questions. They have now gone silent and I am out of money R1300 plus no CD in fact this was my daughter who bought it with her birthday and Christmas money how disappointing for a child .
