Bob Shop and their courier service providers

02/02/2024 I've generally had a good experience with Bob Shop, until recently when my package didn't arrive after a week. Now, I realize this wasn't necessarily Bob Shops fault as they seem to be subcontracting their courier service to various providers, however in their wisdom, they decided it would be a good idea to use Fastway as one of their aforementioned delivery services. And I use "delivery service" loosely here. I'm not sure if they just use Fastway in outlying areas (my package came from Robertson), but one only has to go on platforms like this and trustpilot to see that this might not have been their brighest idea. Anyway, long story short, my package did eventually arrive, albeit 1 week later than it should have, and after a lot of back and forth between myself, the seller, Bob Shop and Fastway. I have subsequently ordered another package (as of yesterday) from Worcester (another outlying area) and I see it's again been booked with Fastway. Let's see how long this one takes to arrive.. I'm going to give it 3 working days (which is their expected pick up time) and see where we are. I'll check back here and I'll be updating the star-rating on this platform based on the service I get.
