BOB New couirer rules go mad

Good day - ID like to Draw attention and comment on the new obligatory courier changes at BOB - Im going to list the concerns and then you decide if this is far and not arbitrary and really bad business practce that should be prohibited in law 1. The new rules were instituted summarily and without consultation or negotiation 2. The new rules are final and cant be negotiated varied or changed - i was told you have 2 choices either comply or u will be suspended & to get off the site 3. i have been a loyal seller for 7 years and big fees generator in that time dont i have rights does this not count ? 4. The rules entirely ignor abrogate disregard and alter the legal rights and obligation of sellers and buyers and the way ownership of goods is transferred from seller to buyer. It forces the seller to waive there rights in disregard to those rights 5. Sellers are responsible and must bear the cost of buyers transport 6. Only BOB courier accounts are to be used - they are prescribed - no other service can be contracted into irrespective of buyers or sellers wishes or arrangements - The prices are fixed are not negotiable and no variation can be entered into- this is monopolistic and price fixing and conspiracy collusion at its best covered with a thick dose of threats ************ and bulling 7. The bottom line is Ownership of goods and risk transfers on purchase yet the Seller is obliged to pay and assume all the buyers risk and liabilities irrespective of the law . It is unreasonable illogical and in disregard to our Law . 9.No cognizance is taken of in case of disputes or redress in the event of loss damage etc and if anything goes wrong the seller is grossly and unfairly prejudiced and has no access to arbitration or remedy BOD Needs to urgent remedy and review these new prejudicial and draconian changes - They contravene citizens rights - ignore the law and our constitution. They should be immediately cancelled and sanctioned and reviewed by the relevant Ombudsman and DTi and NCC and FSB as the case may apply - Id request the PP institute and immediate investigation in to these monopolistic unfair prejudicial illogical practices
