BellCo SA is a Seller on BOB and is selling Auction used goods for NEW!? If a Buyer has a problem and put a Negative Rating for the experience you encountered with the Seller it gets removed from BOB by BOB. So why have a Rating system? This Seller is no asset to BOB.
