I picked package up from Courier Guy Komatipoort (BOBTD8JW6) I noticed NO FRAGILE sticker on parcel. I could hear item was broken. I asked Courier Guy Komatipoort to open package and it was in pieces. Courier guy did notify sender per email. I informed Mohammed on 05 March items was in pieces and courier guy kept the parcel (they did take photos) MOHAMMED ask for my banking details to do Refund and I send it to him on 05th March as requested. After few requests from me he told me money was paid by EFT. Up till now did not receive anything
