Appalling customer service

Brought a Russell Hobbs breadmaker which was advertised as in good working condition. This was not the case, when it arrived and I tested it only 1 out of the 11 programs work. I have contacted Bob Shop multiple times and not once have I received any support from them telling me how to claim a refund, they ignore me. I paid R860 for trash. Absolutely appalling service.
